Strength and Nutrition
Mission: How much of what we consume and how we move on a daily basis actually impacts our body’s mood, energy levels, and immune system? Our goal is to teach and help our peers strengthen their bodies through different forms of exercise, and educational meetings about creating nutrient-dense meals and prioritizing workouts that feel right for them. We can share personal experiences, create fun healthy meals, and work together to learn about the importance of keeping our immune, muscular, and nervous systems strong and connected with food and movement. Join our club if you are looking to elevate your lifestyle, build healthy habits, and boost your long-term mental health and confidence!
