Organizational Event Support (OES)
The Organizational Event Support (O.E.S.) grant supports expenses related to events and activities initiated by registered clubs and organizations. These funds are granted on a “First come, First Serve” basis. The maximum amount that can be requested is dependent on the type of event. The Organization committee requests that OES forms be submitted at least a week in advance for adequate and timely review.
NOTICE: The final deadline for Fall 2023 OES forms to be considered is May 6, 2024, at 12:00pm. Please submit any final OES forms one week in advance for committee review.
Special Organizational Support (SOS)
The Special Organization Support (S.O.S.) is a one-time grant opportunity for new student clubs. Newly registered clubs for the 2022-2023 academic year are encouraged to utilize this opportunity to support the club's development by purchasing resources that will benefit both the club and its members. These funds are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis for a maximum amount of $400. Please note that each SOS request will be reviewed by the Organization Committee to determine eligibility and approved by the Inter-Organizational Counsel and ASGCC.
NOTE: SOS does not fund events. Please Refer to OES above for event funding.
