One Year Term - Starting Wednesday June 18, 2025

  • Vice President of Administration

  • Vice President of Relations

  • Vice President of Organizations

Election Dates:

  • April 28-May 2: Petitions open

  • April 28-May 2: Attend at least one (1) info session

  • May 2: Deadline to meet the minimum qualifications for candidacy

  • May 5: Campaigning begins

  • May 13, 12pm-2pm: Executive Candidate Meet and Greet (SC 212)

  • May 19-May 28: Election Period

  • May 28 9:00am: Results posted

GENERAL INFOrmation

The Executive Committee alongside our ASGCC Advisors works together to appoint 20 Senators to the five committees of the organization through an interview process held in the Winter and Summer intersessions.

Qualifications for office

All ASGCC officers must be enrolled in nine (9) units during the semester of involvement, must have completed the previous semester with a 2.0 GPA, and must have a cumulative 2.0 GPA. All new officers are required will participate in the ASGCC Leadership Academy in their first semester
