Black Student Union
Mission: The Black Student Union is an organization that aims to create a sense of belonging, community and empowerment for Black students on the GCC campus, by providing a safe space and aiding the academic excellence of its members. The BSU is designed to provide leadership and persist assiduously and proactively in all matters affecting the dignity and well-being of Black students. The BSU strives to educate and share its rich culture with the campus and Glendale community by hosting events, activities and fundraisers pertaining to the Black/African American experience.
